Protocol Education are recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor within a Primary School in Worcester.  

The school, which recently earned a "Good" rating in its Ofsted inspection, is a one-form entry institution with 237 students enrolled. As an Academized Primary School within a well-established Trust in the West Midlands, the school is dedicated to delivering exceptional education that inspires all pupils to grow into confident, successful, and well-rounded individuals. They aim to provide a secure and stimulating environment in which all children can learn effectively and can reach their full potential.

The school is currently seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support their students over the lunch break. This role involves monitoring students’ behaviour on the playground, creating engaging play opportunities, supervising children whilst eating, transporting groups of students around the school and communication with teachers to deliver feedback following the lunch-break period. The ideal candidate will be resilient, flexible and have string behaviour management skills. This is a great role for individuals interested in entering a career in education and are seeking experience in a school environment.

Role: Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Worcester (Easy Commute from Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Redditch and Droitwich Spa.)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30am – 1:30pm

Start date: Monday 2rd September

Qualifications: No qualifications required, interest to work in education and essential relevant skills needed.
