Following exciting growth, Caremark is seeking a System Support & Data Analyst to support our network of home care offices throughout the UK.

Caremark Ltd is a wholly UK-owned and operated home care franchise with an established and successful UK-based network.

Summary of the role

The role of the System Support & Data Analyst isto provide technical, training and system-related support for our approved systems, including but not limited to rostering and care planning software.

This office-based position provides remote support to our Care offices throughout the UK. Occasional travel will be required to company conferences and events.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for approved software Deliver remote training and coaching for approved software, as required by the Team Manager Assist with training material revision Provide relevant data analysis and management information as required by the Team Manager Support relationships with Franchise Owners, Franchise Support Centre staff and approved suppliers Provide support to Senior System Support analysts as required by the Team Manager From time to time, carry out duties that may fall outside the summary of the role at the request of the Directors that are within the scope and spirit of employment with Caremark.

Experience

Manage own workload A problem solver with a positive can-do attitude Technically minded but able to communicate effectively with non-technical users Have excellent attention to detail and be a team player Knowledge of domiciliary care would be beneficial Ability to remain professional when handling challenging queries and customers

This is a great opportunity for a technical focussed person with a ‘help desk’ or ‘support centre’ background, looking to expand their skill set in the next step of their career. You do not need specific system knowledge as we will train you, but a strong work history in systems, or excel skills, would be an advantage.
