Job overview

Employed as a Senior Clinical Research Delivery Nurse with:

·Responsibility for the operational management of the Renal and Transplant delivery team,

·Responsibility for the strategic leadership of the Renal and Transplant delivery team,

·Responsibility for the management of the trial portfolio and own allocated portfolio of studies and study participants including, as required:

ØLeading and coordinating a portfolio of studies,

ØPlanning,

ØScheduling,

ØConduct including intervention,

ØRecruitment & retention of participants,

ØData management.

Main duties of the job

·Fulfil the expectations and capabilities as delegated by the Sponsor, Chief Investigator, or Principal Investigator as set out in the GCP & Research Governance Framework.

·Work collaboratively with OUH and external research & service delivery colleagues to ensure high-quality participant care and research delivery.

·Work collaboratively with Renal and Transplant colleagues to promote clinical research delivery and integrated care delivery as appropriate.

·Act as PI/Cl on non-interventional studies, as appropriate.
