JobPurpose:

Provide topnotch customercare by offering technical advice and conducting vehicleinspections for diagnosis maintenance andrepairs.

Deliver excellent technicaladvice service and maintenance on all brandvehicles.

Adhere to relevant protocolsset by legislation the company the manufacturer andsuppliers.

Commit to continuouslearning and development.

Optimiseresource utilisation when deliveringservices

Requirements

Requirements:

Fullyqualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3qualification (or equivalent).

Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage processesadministration and paperwork.

Capableof supporting coaching and developing colleagues and junior teammembers.

Hold a valid full drivinglicense with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6months.

Provide evidence of the Rightto work in theUK.
