ABOUT THEROLE

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installupgrade and maintain CCTV and security systems for bothconstruction and commercialcustomers.
  • Carry out Installation onsite as per instruction.
  • Systemreconfigurations.
  • SystemDecommissions.
  • Engage in training toensure up to date knowledge ofproduct.
  • Maintain and adhere toHealth & Safety Regulations at alltimes.
  • Communicate effectively withthe team customers and third parties taking ownership of userrequests and escalating more complex service issues to the relevantteam member when required.
  • Plan andundertake scheduled routine maintenance checks andupgrades.

SKILLS(REQUIRED)

  • 3yearminimum experience working within a similar technicalrole.
  • Being selfmotivated andorganised.
  • Working todeadlines.
  • A logical approach toproblem solving.
  • Analyticalskills.
  • Communicating effectivelyvia email phone and in person working both independently and as ateam.
  • A willingness to undertakeadditionalresponsibilities.

SKILLS(DESIRABLE)

  • Knowledgeof Dahua/Ajax security systems and itsproducts.
  • Experience with planningand installing networks.
  • Awillingness to learn new technologies andsystems.
  • A good understanding ofconfiguring network switches routers and WiFiequipment.
  • Experience installing andconfiguring CCTV equipment.
  • A goodunderstanding of CCTV equipment and the different types of systemsavailable.
  • Ability to plan andcoordinate network or CCTVinstalls.
  • Experience with alarmsystems.
