We are lookingfor an experienced and proactive Operational Support Manager tolead a team of administrators in our Wednesbury office. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for overseeingproductivity data collation and reporting ensuring the efficientfunctioning of the team and driving continuous improvement. Thisrole will involve migrating the team s focus towards systemscompliance and reporting as the business digitises its productivitymanagementsystem.

What willyou be doing

As aOperational Support Manager your core responsibilities will be

Lead and manage a team ofOperational Support Administrators providing guidance support andperformancefeedback.

  • Overseethe collation of productivity data from field operations and ensureaccurate entry into thedatabase.
  • Drivethe transition to the Depotnet FSM system including training teammembers and coordinating with otherdepartments.
  • Monitorcompliance with system usage among field staff and address anyissues orconcerns.
  • Developand implement efficient processes and procedures for datacollection entry andreporting.
  • Generateand analyse reports based on collected data to identify trendspatterns and areas forimprovement.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to streamline operational supportactivities and improve overallefficiency.
  • Maintaina positive and collaborative work environment fostering teamworkand professional development within theteam.
  • Handleescalated issues and provide timely resolutions to ensureoperationalcontinuity

Requirements

  • Provenexperience in a managerial role preferably in operations support ordatamanagement.
  • Strongleadership and team management skills with the ability to motivateand inspire teammembers.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention todetail.
  • Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularlyExcel.
  • Abilityto effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at alllevels of theorganisation.
  • Familiaritywith Depotnet FSM system or similar field service managementsoftware is preferred but notrequired.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
  • Strong commitment to qualityaccuracy and continuousimprovement.


Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably inoperations support or data management. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teammembers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with akeen attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite, particularly Excel. Ability to effectively communicate andcollaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Familiarity with Depotnet FSM system or similar field servicemanagement software is preferred but not required. Ability tothrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changingpriorities. Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuousimprovement.
