We are currently looking for areliable driven highly motivated personal trainer to join ourpersonal training team to deliver group gym inductions.

The role will involve delivering gym inductionsessions classes and upselling as well as potentially deliveringour Personal Training services. You will be delivering the sessions2 to 3 of our residential gym facilities in Bristol and BathUK.

This is a great opportunity for anyselfemployed trainers looking to earning with potential to developa PT client base within the sites inductions are delivered at.

The payrate offered is 21 per gym inductiondelivered 25 per class delivered (45mins) 30 per class delivered(60mins) and 35 per personal training session delivered. You willbe covering our current schedules at our Bristol and Bathbasedlocations:

You will be highlyapproachable energetic and work with attention to detail providinga high level of customer service to prospective members of theresidential gym.

The successful candidate willbe available for covering the below schedule with the role lookingto ideally start from 1stApril 2024 (laterstart dates can be discussed):

  • X1 60min WeeklyGroup Exercise Class (either one of: HIIT / Circuit / Strength& Conditioning): Thursdays 6pm
  • X1 30minMonthly Gym Induction Session: Thursdays7pm

  • X1 45min WeeklyGroup Exercise Class (either one of: HIIT / Circuit / Strength& Conditioning): Saturdays 10am

Job specifics will include:

Delivering comprehensive group gym facilityinductions to include the gym studio and leisure areas

Delivering group exercise classes themed onspecific fitness targets involving participants of mixedabilities

Upon request delivering specialized 11gym induction sessions consisting of an additional PT consultationand taster session within the appointments

Delivering planned clientspecific personaltraining sessions

Managing your administrationduties such as marking attendance for any appointments delivered onour platform

Delivery of indepth groupinductions including demonstrations of how to operate allcardiovascular equipment resistance equipment and any accessoryequipment including free weights

Being thoroughwith each induction session on aspects surrounding health andsafety protocol and leisure facility rules

Ensuring that resident documents such as healthstatements and disclaimer forms are completed

Ensuring the attendance for all appointmentscarried out is updated in a timely manner

Liaising with motive8 head office managementteam to ensure that delivery is consistent managed professionally

Providing advice and guidance to help residentssucceed with their fitness journey

You will bean effective communicator and maintain communication between allrelevant parties in a professional manner working with guidelinesprovided on the essentials to be covered within an induction. Youshould also have experience in delivering fitness training sessionsand have a confident and articulate approach to the way you work.

Please note you do need to hold validselfemployed insurance (or willing to obtain) as well as a validLevel 3 Personal Training Certification in order to be consideredfor the role.
