We have several excellent opportunities for Trainee Site Managers to join the business, with roles being based throughout the central belt.

We are keen to discuss these roles with recent school leavers, individuals already studying towards a relevant degree or recent and upcoming graduates.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist Site Managers in;

Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, to budget and to the highest quality workmanship. Managing subcontractors. Dealing directly with design teams and clients. Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers. Controlling projects to financial budget. Fully embracing our Customers’ 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our customers. Assist the day-to-day operation of the site. Ensure accurate daily records (diaries, labour and material returns) are kept. Support quality control procedures. Support material procurement. Complete programme updates as required. Liaise with clients, design teams and wider stakeholders. Attend weekly subcontractor progress meetings.

Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Can solve problems by acting on their own initiative. Be IT literate with excellent knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Be self-motivated and proactive. Have a positive attitude and ability to integrate with and play an active part in our project teams. Fully embracing our Customers’ 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our customers.
