Central Alliance, a member of RSK Group, have a unique opportunity for an Administrator to join the Geo team based in Wakefield, UK. 

The Role:

The role is based out of the Wakefield Office, but can be hybrid in approach with regular contact time in the office. We are offering the role on a full-time, permanent basis.

Accountable to the Senior Administrator, this role provides support to the Geo division through the allocation of tasks/activities and resources, as prioritised and directed by the Director - Geo.

Responsibilities:

  • Data processing, typing of technical information into proprietary software (experience of Holebase preferable but not essential, training will be given)
  • Generating specialist data in the form of AGS (Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialist)  for reporting purposes (training will be given)
  • Compiling in-situ testing results (experience of Excel is essential)
  • Assisting to compile reports, including but not limited to, word report text, photographs, exploratory hole logs and laboratory testing
  • Assist with arranging departmental equipment and arrange calibration and repairs
  • Assist with providing audit information & KPI reporting where applicable
  • Adhere to all RSK Company policies and procedures
