An opportunity has arisen for an out-of-hours nurse practitioner within Borders Emergency Care Service, based at the BGH. You will be involved with delivering unscheduled care to patients in their homes or attending the BECS hub, BGH. Being an out-of-hours services shift patterns include nightshifts and weekends. BECs is part of the Borders Urgent Care Centre. The successful candidate would be required to undertake Exposure Prone procedures.

Significant post registration experience required which should include experience in an acute environment and/or experience in the community. This would be suitable for a Secondment Opportunity if you have the support of your current line Manager.

The applicant must be willing to undertake relevant training.
