This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to enable the support and development of Dynamic Support Registers across South East London.

The aim of the post is to play a key role in progressing consistent approach to - support the completion of reviews. The postholder will provide high quality and comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to the SEL DSR place based leads and support the LDA Clinical Manager team in developing the DSR process and engagement across SEL.

The successful candidates will work with the SEL LDA Clinical Manager to deliver the South East London DSR programme, including maintaining effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders and deal with telephone enquiries and other communication as appropriate.

The postholder will ensure that consistency is maximised and that learning from place based leads is shared with SEL DSR Peer Meetings to inform service improvement activity across the ICS.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working and interpersonal skills in order to develop and sustain robust partnerships with key stakeholders across South East London. The nature of the role requires an individual with a high level of emotional intelligence.

Main duties of the job

This is a hybrid post based in SEL ICB Headquarters (160 Tooley St, London, SE1 2QH) as part of the at-scale roles working across South East London. Due to the nature of this role, regular travel between sites and providers might be required.

The postholder will be expected to work confidently and collaboratively within high levels of uncertainty and ambiguity.

About us

NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory body responsible for commissioning healthcare services to south east London's million residents of the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

The ICB buys services from hospitals, ambulance service and community service providers.

NHS South East London ICB covers all GP practices in the area and is overseen by a governing body, responsible for making decisions about healthcare. The governing body includes GPs, nurses, a hospital doctor and other healthcare professionals and patient representatives and is supported by prime committees including borough-based boards with delegated responsibility for commissioning local services.

Some of the ICB's key functions include:

o Making arrangements to secure public involvement in the planning and commissioning of healthcare Contributing to the boroughs' Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) and the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategies led by the Health and Wellbeing Adhering to relevant principles of good governance and carrying out its functions effectively, efficiently and Working with the local authorities and their partners to improve the wellbeing of children and their families and support community care assessments, local education and the police, prison services and probation services.
