Rigging Supervisor

• Lead and supervise a team of riggers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
• Ensure that all rigging operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement rigging plans and procedures for each project, considering factors such as load requirements, equipment specifications, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that rigging activities are integrated smoothly into overall project schedules.
• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Provide training and support to rigging team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and personnel certifications.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding rigging operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to rigging operations.

• In-depth knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a track record of promoting a safe working environment.
