This role ensures that customer outcomes are kept front of mind throughout the business operations, through implementing robust measurement and improvement journeys. You will ensure that the Customer Care transformation plans are executed on time and deliver the metrics across productivity, quality and finance.

What you will do
Work with the assigned project leads to deliver changes to key systems, allowing us to better capture vulnerabilities within our member base. Work with DM&A to produce reporting that allows us to measure the outcomes our members receive and split that to show any difference between vulnerable and non-vulnerable members. Work alongside Head of Customer Care Operations to ensure workstreams are delivered in the right sequence to deliver the productivity, quality and financial metrics. Work with the third-party suppliers (Civica and Court Correct) to have a clear change programme and deliver in accordance with programme of activity. Work with Customer Care’s Resource & Planning Manager to ensure all change is embedded by creating opportunities to train and coach individuals. Ensure all system changes are passed by IT UAT team before go live Work with both Quality and Compliance Managers to ensure change activity is embedded through post implementation checking programme.What you will need
Essential: min 3 years demonstrable Change Programme management Project Management and planning skills.
