Requirements

The brands our client is synonymous with are marketleaders for performance engineering innovation and dynamic handlingand many of their customers are passionate about their brands so weneed someone who is as passionate to sell cars as those customerswho buy them. Your roleis to work closely with the Product Specialist to ensure a seamlesscustomer buying experience. The Product Specialist will bring thedriving experience to life and highlight the cars performance andkey features and your role will be to discuss the purchasingarrangements and ensure that the customer is happy with theirvehicle of choice.


Day to day activities shall include thefollowing:


Understanding and adapting to the customers buying strategy andencouraging them to experience the product through test driveswhich are carried out by the ProductSpecialist.

Agreeingprice and payment methods including advising on any financingoptions with the customer direct working within companyguidelines.

Ensuringthat each delivery is followed up with a personal phone call tocheck that the customer is happy with their purchase. Maintaincontact with customers to build relationships and futurebusiness.

Planning and organising own daily salesactivity for example by telephoning sales prospects(previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain newbusiness.

Working alongside colleagues and otherdepartments to ensure a seamless service to ourcustomers.

Positively participating in training anddevelopment opportunities to assist the company in achieving itsaims and objectives.


Ideal Candidate For thisrole


we arelooking for an individual who can demonstrate the following skillsandattributes:


Able to plan organise self and meet agreed workdeadlines.

Able toassimilate information quickly and provide consideredresponses.

Strong work ethic and adaptable tochange.

Attention to detail and maintains goodaccurate quality of work.

Ability towork to tight deadlines to achieve the businessneeds.

Able to react positively toorganisational and market changes.

You mustbe IT literate (PC Microsoft and web literate) and hold a full UKdriving licence.


Previous experience of selling cars is notessential as full training will be given.



Benefits

Hours of work are a minimum of 45 hoursper week (8 days off per month). Salary Basic 20000 with OTE 55000per annum (uncapped).
