We are currently recruiting for a Property Cleaner to join our team in the Stanmore area, HA7.

What you’ll be doing

  • General cleaning of accommodation
  • Ensure all designated areas in the house are cleaned
  • Rubbish disposal
  • Cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas including mopping, hoovering, dusting etc.
  • Mopping, Sweeping, deep polishing, vacuuming
  • Work effectively without supervision
  • Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
  • Ensure equipment is stored in a safe place and is in full working order - reporting any defects to your manager
  • Ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met
  • Ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction
  • Perform any other duties required to complete the team tasks
  • To ensure that the correct PPE is used at all times by the team in accordance with Company Health and Safety, COSHH regulations and Infection Control guidelines
  • Undertake any relevant training


Experience/Qualifications

  • Excellent team player
  • Should be able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Flexible approach to duties with a can do attitude
  • Be able to manage your work load in a good timescale
  • DBS checks required
