By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a male in his 30s in Widnes.

He loves indulging in his favourite TV boxsets, streaming movies and shows on Netflix, and listening to music. Greys Anatomy is his absolute favourite. Your role? To meet his personal care needs, conduct regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night, always ensuring his comfort and safety while creating a calm and soothing environment.

This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on our service users life.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested female staff for their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

£ - £ per hour Approx. £156 - £198 (per 12-hour day shift) Approx. £168 - £198 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

Full Time and Part Time Days: 8am - 8pm Nights: 8pm 8am

Essential Experience:

3 months previous care experience Medication administration Personal care Moving and handling

Job responsibilities

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
