Responsibilities

 

  • KPI reporting for all:
    • digital platforms
    • media/campaign assets
    • sales conversion
  • Data reporting and presentations on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Project execution of key data projects
  • Leading conversion rate optimisation programmes 
  • Tagging management and tracking (in conjunction with Brand Communications Manager)
     
Person Specification

 

  • Experience in data project delivery
  • Experience with data manipulation and deriving insights from large data sets
  • Conversion rate optimisation experience
  • Significant experience of web analytics and an understanding of HTML (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical staff, Ability to coach and train users where required
  • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Analytically minded with a good understanding of data
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
  • Proven ability to solve problems and find innovative solutions to challenges
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skill
