We are looking for an experienced technical leader to lead our sub assembly department. You will oversee the department which carries out build and maintenance of race car sub-assemblies in the factory, and supervise a team of Technicians to complete work to specified deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

Overall management responsibility of the Sub Assembly Department in the factory. Work to agreed build process and practices. Ensure all lifeing records are maintained and updated throughout the event year. Maintain and oversee all sub assemblies including gearbox, differential, suspension.  Ensure that the assemblies & vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of damage being caused to them. Ensure all problems are reported through to engineering or the management team as necessary. Work closely with planning team to ensue continuous improvements on assembly process. Manage the teams workload to ensure deadlines are met both on time and to quality expectations. Be prepared to work overtime if requested or as the project requires.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar senior or supervisory role within Motorsport, with exemplary knowledge of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies. You will be highly organised and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
