Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you want to use your voice to shape projects that directly impact young people in London? Catch22’s Social Switch Project is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Youth Panel as Ambassadors

What’s the opportunity?

As a Youth Panel Ambassador, you'll have the unique chance to:

  • Empower: Use your lived experience and insights to influence decisions and help create positive change for young people across London.
  • Influence: Be part of decision-making processes, guiding programme development and youth-centred initiatives.
  • Lead: Develop leadership skills through public speaking, project ownership, and participation in real-world opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Attending monthly meetings and contributing to discussions
  • Providing feedback on initiatives and youth programmes
  • Representing the Youth Panel at internal and external events
  • Participating in a collective social action project each year

Additional Information

  • Location: London-based
  • Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment, sessional role paid at London Living Wage
  • Meetings: Monthly digital and occasional face-to-face meetings, with additional opportunities to attend events and work on projects
  • Support: Full induction and training provided, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Training, Media Training, and Online Harms Training
  • Expenses: Travel, food, and accommodation covered for in-person events
  • Benefits: Opportunities for skill development in public speaking, project management, and leadership
