Let's talk about the role As a Payroll Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Payroll team to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding. It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious person to challenge themselves, develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:
  • Completing start to finish payrolls, and managing your own portfolio of clients
  • Managing and processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Collating and actioning calculations concerning additions and deductions to gross pay 
  • Inputting, checking and processing new starters and leavers for clients
  • Producing all wage slips
  • Collating and actioning statutory payments
  • Producing the offices internal payroll invoice
  • Uploading and processing pension auto enrolment to multiple providers
  • Applications for new PAYE schemes

  • Experience working in an accountancy practice/bureau
  • Sage 50Cloud is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
