The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and transformation of our services as we strive for excellence, we are looking for an Internal Governance & Controls Manager to join us on this exciting journey. As an Internal Governance & Controls Manager, you would be responsible for the internal governance mechanisms, frameworks and controls across an entire operations estate, growing a team to drive your vision across the new structure.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity that's open to the following locations: Basingstoke, Peterborough, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

You'll be:

Developing, implementation and ongoing management of a central governance model that provides holistic control across the operations estate. Producing management reports that support the senior leadership team, providing information on key components of our business. Leading the implementation of a portfolio of governance/control activities designed to drive consistency and efficiency within the individual client accounts. Building strong and collaborative relationships with the central function and the COO office to become their �go to� for account internal governance reporting. Providing overall ownership for the implementation and ongoing management of the frameworks model.

You should apply if you have:

Understanding of financial services regulatory environment and how it applies to customer service delivery. Previous experience managing governance and/or oversight functions. Strong commercial and client management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment using your initiative to drive success.
