We are looking for a creative and passionate lead for our education programme. The role involves overseeing equine qualifications for our alternative education programme, including creating person centred learning plans, creatively setting work taking each student’s individual differences into account, ensuring the highest levels of safeguarding are in place, assessing work and ensuring that each student has the support they need to thrive and achieve. All learning is in a small group setting or individual.

We work primarily with young people with an EHCP, so experience of working with children or young people with SEN would be advantageous. Candidates must be qualified to degree level, ideally have an assessor or teaching qualification and the role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

The role is part- time, 16 hours over 4 days. This role is term time only (40 weeks) and the salary is pro-rata.
