If you have a passion for delivering outstanding nursing services to the children and young people in our community, please get in touch. Permanent full time/part time/ and flexible working options can be considered.

Our children's community nursing team is part of the wider children and young people's community nursing service. You will join a team who are passionate about delivering excellent clinical nursing care to our patients in their home, in our special schools, and our residential respite setting. Our wider service is extensive and varied and can offer opportunities to work with children who are technology dependant, children's palliative care, respite care for medically complex children, children's continuing care and medically complex children in our special school nursing. No two days are the same, but each day counts.

You will work in collaboration with your colleagues to deliver end of life care to children at home, when this is their chosen place of death. To do this you will be part of our 24 hour on call rota and will be supported by a compassionate and caring team who care for each other as we care for our patients.
