What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Liaise with Producing Offices regarding referral documentation

·Maintain and control multiple mailboxes, ensuring timely replies & actions

·Manage good working relationships with all stakeholders and handle escalations

·Maintain accurate up to date files of policy wordings, certificates and endorsements.

·Ensure Clients & Brokers receive their documents in a timely manner.

·Provide reports to the UK Incoming Team and Operations Manager

You will report to the Operations Manager, UK

·Attention to detail will be required when reviewing emails & policy documenations

·Clear communication needed when liaising with stakeholders

·Will need to be highly adaptable and comfortable with both working on your own initiative and as a keen team player too

·Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients/brokers/AXA Companies

·Recognise work priorities and organise time effectively, raise any potential delays to the Manager

·Be capable of using Microsoft Word and Excel to a good standard
