As a high-growth dynamic business with exciting and ambitious plans we require an experienced and ambitious Finance professional to oversee our accounts team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an exciting time to join our team and contribute to the organisation's continued growth and success with an opportunity to take ownership of the position and grow within the company.


Main duties and responsibilities


Management of the Group reporting function, to ensure all legal, regulatory and audit requirements are fulfilled, and to liaise with the Company Auditors on matters related to these accounts.

Preparation of Monthly Management Performance Packs

Ongoing cost analysis reviews and procurement / tendering of overheads on a regular basis to ensure competitive cost bases.

Oversee and review the processing of the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and payroll activities for the group.

Management of all Group Cashflow requirements and maintenance of the treasury function

Directing and managing the finance team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard

Maintenance of a detailed Group Fixed Asset Register


Essential Criteria

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience

Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities

Good at working under pressure, both autonomously and as part of the team

Proven experience of managing, motivating and leading a team

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to work in a growing fast-paced environment

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Ambitious and self-motivated individual

Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Desirable Criteria

Experience using Sage software

Practical knowledge of UK and Ireland accounting processes


Contract- Full-Time Permanent

Location- DV8 Fashion Head Office, Craigavon, Co. Armagh

Salary- Negotiable. A highly attractive salary package available depending on experience
