I am recruiting for afantastic leisure job in Surrey for a leading leisure operator inthe Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly excitinggrowing Leisure Management business. I am looking for a dynamic andinnovative Senior General Manager who is commercially astute. Thisis a leisure job not to be missed.

In this roleyou will work closely with the teams across the contract whilstmaintaining effective and strong relationships with all keystakeholders. This is an opportunity to manage a unique facilitythat incorporates both the corporate world and the very best of theleisure. You will have great interpersonal skills and be able tomanage multiple stakeholders.

As a ContractManager you will have overall responsibility of running the entirebusiness. You will manage an Assistant General Manager and the HODsand ensure that your team are always motivated and driven toprovide excellent customer service.

Providinggreat service is a key focus of this role and as a Contract Manageryou will be leading this from the front. Were looking for anindividual with the experience of managing a large team and drivingthe commercials with particular focus on fitness and managingcorporate relationships.

What do we needfrom you

A minimum of 2 yearssuccessful senior management experience working within either theprivate or leisure management sectors

Proven andsuccessful track record of management experience within a leisurerelated industry ideally with fitness and eventsexperience

You will be highly motivated and havethe experience of leading managing and developing a largeteam

You will be highly organised results drivenpossess the ability to drive individuals to maximise theirpotential to ensure all financial goals and targets are met inrelation to contract objectives.
