Description Overview
We are looking for an Operations Accountant to join our team in Braunton, North Devon.
This role will require an onsite presence 5 days per week.
Scope of the Role
Manage cost centre reviews with Operations and Quality managers as well as with Selling, R&D and Admin cost centre managers Head count and FTE reporting and review Coordinating the Planning/Forecast process for the Contract sales, Operations and Opex cost centres as well as volume and absorption for the site Weekly and monthly production volume and absorption reporting and analysis Cover and support for the fixed asset reporting and forecasting process Inventory forecasting and reporting Daily/monthly ad hoc reporting and tasks – both onsite and with European Operations team SOX/audit support Role will be 5 days a week on site
Experience Required
Qualified or part qualified accountants considered - having drive and ambition is more important Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Must also possess strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precision Experience with financial audit IT knowledge: SAP, Excel expert, BI experience beneficial Fluency in EnglishWe are an equal opportunity employer.
