The role:

Gather data on quality metrics from various sources within the organization. Analyse quality findings to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring corrective action. Compile comprehensive reports detailing quality metrics, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions taken Maintain records of internal reject reports, documenting reasons for rejection and corrective measures implemented. Communicate effectively with relevant departments to address non-compliance issues and prevent recurrence. 

Qualifications & Skills

Demonstrated background in quality control and assurance settings. Highly skilled in PC operations.  Quality inspection proficiency preferred. Proficient in ISO9001 standards comprehension.
