We are currently looking for a Materials Controller to join our team at Hinkley Point B. 

Main Responsabilities 

• Issuing, ordering and maintaining of PPE/RPE
• Auditing the work the site team have done setting up satellite stores, and helping to finalise
any tail end materials migration from Main Stores.
• Splitting job pack materials into isolation, box up and other.
• Enforcing our materials management procedure and maintaining visibility and traceability of
materials at all times.
• Controlling and reducing traffic in all satellite stores – security and control of materials is very
important to the success of materials management procedures.
• Communication with the various trades in site to ensure availability of materials
• Supplier management/ coordination/ sourcing of prices
• Plant hire
• Cost control
• Ensuring safety and security of stock
• Movement of materials using an FLT
Skills and Experience:

• Experience within Material control/stock and stores required
• FLT Licence
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Oracle
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time well
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong team player

Qualifications
• CCNSG
• Be local to site
• Experience in a similar position

Must hold CTC clearance or be willing to Undergo CTC clearance
