Role: Talent Coordinator (Apprenticeships)

Location: Glasgow

Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week

Package: competitive base salary with commission

Your primary focus is to identify and place candidates for our services/programmes to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets. Your role is within our expanding apprenticeships programme and is to engage with potential apprentices with a focus on matching against roles.

Key Responsibilities

Screen quality candidates using a variety of methods and work with internal/external stakeholders to deliver against targetsArrange interviews with internal team members or customersTimely and successful completion of all candidate required documentation/information in-line with regulations/governanceMaintain all relevant recruitment management information and report on activity accuratelyDeliver high levels of customer service

Experience/ Skills

Knowledge of what excellent customer service meansA can-do attitudePositive approach to workMicrosoft Office incl. WORD, EXCEL
