As IT Project Manager focusing on M365, you contribute to and shape our internal M365 environment. Apply and support growth as a member of our global IT team

How you will create impact:
  • In your role, you will contribute your M365 know-how to internal IT landscape and advise on the digitalization of business processes about our M365 environment.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing M365 projects, including requirements analysis and concept development.
  • Be responsible for the further development of the M365 environment, including their interfaces to other systems.
  • Manage internal and external project resources. Furthermore, you are responsible for the project status and create reports for the management.
  • Pursue pragmatic problem solving in compliance with regulations and internal framework conditions.
  • Contact person for your colleagues and participate in the exchange of technical knowledge within the team and in cooperation with other teams.
Your profile:
  • Training or degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in planning, managing, and implementing classic and agile M365 projects, including the integration and management of external service providers.
  • Good and broad understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and a good overview of the Microsoft 365 product range.
  • Technical and cloud affinity, ideally knowledge of Microsoft platforms and web platforms.
  • Understand complex process flows as well as their implementation in practice.
  • Bring an independent and structured way of working, you are flexible, committed, time-conscious, conscientious and you have great organizational skills combined with a service-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable in an interface position and therefore have good English communication skills as well as a confident manner to present issues to a broad audience in an understandable way.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
