Advert: The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Raw Materials QA Technician at our Grimsby site. In Grimsby, we manufacture fresh soups for our New Covent Garden brand and for private label.

Primarily to oversee all aspects of Raw Material adherence to specification at intake. Complete technical audits to schedule and support all other aspects of the technical function (where required).

Key Responsibilities

HACCP auditing and the measurement of the critical control points Carry out hygiene audits according to schedule Update the quality Management System in a timely manner in line with manufacturing requirements Carry out project work and reports work as required by QA Manager or Technical Manager

What you will need for the role / what it will take

HACCP L2 or L3 Food Safety L3 Preferred – A minimum 1 year Quality Auditor experience – is able to demonstrate clear understanding of Food Safety and HACCP principals
