Family Senior Associate

Cheshire, United Kingdom REALM RECRUIT Full time
Apply now Hybrid working model Career progression opportunities Great culture and employee benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Senior Associate or aspiring Partner to join a prestigious, female-led law firm in Chester. Our client is renowned for its refreshing, family-oriented culture and commitment to diversity, with a majority female leadership team. They are now seeking a talented solicitor to play a pivotal role in their ongoing success and expansion.

In return for your expertise, our client offers an outstanding benefits package and a healthy salary. Beyond that, you’ll enjoy remarkable flexibility, including two days of home working and the option for more, plus an infrequent requirement to visit alternate offices, giving you control over your work-life balance.

This significant role will see you directly contributing to the growth of the family law department, offering you substantial recognition and a genuine opportunity for progression. You’ll be entrusted with managing a caseload centred on private matrimonial finances, driving business development, and networking efforts, along with supervising junior colleagues. Crucially, you’ll step into a key position bridging the gap between the department head and the team, offering you the platform to rise rapidly within a firm that actively promotes from within.

You will be an accomplished solicitor with robust experience in handling private matrimonial finances – not legal aid work. Your skill set will encompass business development, networking, and the ability to supervise others. Your personality should match your professional prowess; you’re confident, articulate, and unafraid to make your presence felt in a strong team environment.

If you’re aspiring to step into a role that offers a clear, accelerated path to partnership and you resonate with a firm that puts their employees first, this is the perfect chance to make a significant leap in your career.
