Role Overview:

Are you passionate about customer service and retail? As a Retail Customer Advisor at 8Bits, you will be the go-to person for our customers, providing them with expert advice, assisting them with product selection, and ensuring they have a positive experience in our store. Your role will be crucial in helping customers find exactly what they need and in building long-term relationships with them.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store, offering assistance and personalized service.
  • Provide expert advice on products, helping customers make informed decisions based on their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling various forms of payment.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Support the store management team with day-to-day operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and a commitment to staying informed about our products.
