We are a leading field marketing company, representing the fastest growing confectionary company in the UK – Ferrero, and we have a new, dynamic role within our Head Office Team.

In return we can offer you a competitive salary of £32,000 p/a + £6,000 car allowance + lots of exiting benefits

Your principal duties will include being responsible for driving insights to support financial and efficiency savings across the Ferrero Field Sales Operation. You will play an important part in driving efficiency through the identification of opportunities to change and to develop internal processes, through clear communication and proactive recommendations.

What you will be doing as our Data Analyst?

Collate and manage data from the field team and internal departments, review the data to create recommendations to changes of current process or ways of working. Analyse the fleet reporting to identify trends and areas where better Field / Office discipline could lead to additional cost savings. Work closely with the Journey Planning Team to inform business decisions on the best way to approach field coverage from a travel perspective. Regular field visits within retail channels to ensure consistency in ways of working between the Field Team and Operations. Update and manage the monthly Power BI dashboards for expenses, Recruitment & Leavers. Communicate relevant messages and recommendations to the Central Services Manager & Ferrero Operations Manager.

What are we looking for in our Data Analyst?

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (experience of pivot tables required) & PowerPoint. Attention to detail. Able to present meaningful and actionable insights to the client based on analysis performed. Commercial sense for interpreting numbers & data curious. Story-telling skills to translate numerical performance into positive success stories. Able to work to deadlines. A full clean UK driving licence. Live within a reasonable commutable distance to Thame.
