Central Bedfordshire College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer (Teacher) of Business at our Dunstable Campus.

The successful candidate will teach BTEC Level 1 to Level 3 in Business and some opportunities to teach on T Level Management and Administration and HTQ Leadership and Management Level 4. They will also be expected to:

Develop and deliver engaging and innovative lessons Assess student progress and provide feedback Maintain accurate records and reports Work with other members of the Business team to develop and deliver the curriculum Contribute to the overall development of the department Have experience in delivering: Marketing, Law and Finance Units up to Level 4/5

Person Specification:

Essential: Experience of teaching BTEC Level 1 to Level 3 in BusinessExcellent teaching and communication skillsAbility to plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessonsAbility to assess student progress and provide feedbackStrong work ethic and commitment to qualityA degree in the relevant field/subject. Desirable: Experience of using a variety of teaching methods and resourcesExperience of working with students from a variety of backgroundsExperience of using IT in the classroomExperience of developing and delivering curriculum materials
