We have a position for an Operations Manager for Exeter to establish industry best practice at the Depot level, aligning approach and methodology to the overall Certas Energy Strategy, customs and practices. Ensuring the best quality service is delivered to the customer, optimising cost effectiveness, delivering P&L target, whilst establishing and maintaining a safe and engaging culture for all drivers and staff.

  4. Financial: Ensure effective cost control to ensure optimum return on expenditure by achieving P&L target
  5. Strategy: Align to and deliver change initiatives launched to ensure the strategic goals of Certas Energy
