The Role:

  • Supporting adults who are experiencing mental health issues supporting on a 1-1 basis to help them on their journey to recovery.
  • Working with support plans tailored to the individuals
  • Support with activities, access to appointments, education and overall support to help promote their independent living skills.

About You:

  • Compassionate and committed to making a difference to vulnerable adults with mental health issues
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent communicator -both written and verbal skills.
  • Positive and 'Can-Do' attitude
  • Ability to empower others
  • Experience of supporting adults with mental health issues preferable
