Your dream role:

The AD24 Training Instructors are responsible for creation and delivery of training courses which support the servicing, maintenance, and repair of AD products globally, including chassis and body systems, major components, diagnostic equipment, and third-party systems.

As members of the Training Team, our Training Instructors have a key responsibility in ensuring that training is provided to customers, internal staff, and Field Service Engineers in readiness for launch of new products and that our training portfolio for existing products and systems is available and remains relevant as part of our global training strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Work with the support of Product Information colleagues to ensure continuity of content across all training and technical documentation. Support the Head of Product Information & Training with training plans and commercial offerings to ensure all delegates, internal and external, are suitably trained to support our products. Engage with engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, to create training material for AD products; developing and updating course materials and curricula, create engaging training content and assessments, training packages for classroom/workshop-based hands-on training. Help drive growth of AD24 Training Academy product through development of online content and eLearning.

What you will bring:

An understanding of vehicle service, maintenance & repair techniques, along with knowledge of diagnostic tools, electrical schematics & other engineering concepts. Ability to communicate technical information effectively to recipients at all levels using classroom and workshop delivery techniques, both written and practical. IT literate and able to aid with creation of training materials to support course delivery. Able to manage own workload and work autonomously where required. Willing to travel nationally and internationally to deliver training courses at AD facilities and customer depots. Able to understand and recognise AD’s commercial environment and our position in the market, the role Training has within the business and support success through active participation. The ability to build an effective network of relationships both internally and externally, understanding the needs of all customers at all levels.
