Position: Science Teacher
Location: Exmouth, Devon
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will have the opportunity to inspire students, fostering a love for science and encouraging them to reach their full potential. Your role will include planning, delivering, and assessing a broad and balanced science curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the science department.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialization in any science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Experience teaching science at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for science and education.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
