HR Graduate

Entier Ltd are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for an enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, located at The Olive House in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about delivering success.

As an HR Graduate, you will provide generalist HR support, coaching and guidance to our employees, and managers, both onshore and offshore, actively contributing towards the bespoke value-added service that the Entier HR function provides.

Developing people to be the best they can be lies at the core of the Entier family success story. Working closely with the HR Manager, the successful Graduate will undertake a variety of HR related tasks tailored towards developing the individual to becoming capable of progression in all aspects of HR related activity.

Required Skills / Knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering strong positive working relationships across all levels. Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail essential. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to acquire a good understanding of Entier organisational structure, positions, opportunities, aims and objectives and the administrative practices related to those factors. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications / Educational Requirements

Degree in HR or Business Administration (or similar qualification)
