Role: Commercial Engineer

Location: Warrington

The Role:

Undertake all assigned planned work in relation to survey’s, installations, repairs and make safe/secure in accordance with company policy and procedures delivering an excellent and positive Customer Experience.

What to Expect:

Meet where possible with customers on site, explain the role of Evander, the process followed, the service standards to be met and discuss customer requirements and options available Validate each claim to ensure consistent with damage reported and to repudiate if necessary Undertake a safety risk assessment and record on appropriate documentation with suitable method statements Undertake assigned installation/repair jobs to appropriate standards and time allocation Undertake all work in accordance with company Health and Safety policies and practices including wearing the correct PPE Complete and return all documentation accurately, fully and legibly for each job Ensure possession of all necessary goods, tools and equipment to complete all assigned work Ensure that appropriate photographs are taken of all damage Maintain and keep in good condition the company vehicle and all issued property and equipment, ensuring the van is roadworthy

Who are we looking for:

• Driving Licence • Minimum of level 2 NVQ in fenestration or MTC card • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Effective, empathetic communicator • Personal, approachable and helpful demeanour • Customer orientated • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team to achieve our goals and objectives • Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations • Excellent attention to detail Adaptable and flexible approach to work
