•Model and review business benefits and financial outcomes from strategy and business model options.

•Establish publishing value proposition and assess P&L outcome of deal models.

•Perform global market trend presentation, platform and competition analysis.

•Set and maintain pricing matrix across products and regions.

•Help the creation and coordinate an effective and efficient Global Publishing operating process.

•Deliver portfolio analysis in a rapidly changing and competitive market.

•Partner with strategic growth planning team to proactively anticipate future.

•Aggregate story telling / business narrative for Top Management and team.

•Share value added insights, accurate reporting & analysis with relevant partners to drive an informed decision making.

•Leverage and help improving tools, technologies and processes to maintain an effective and reliable flow of information sharing.

Requirements:

•7+ years in Business Planning & Analyst, Modelling, Corp strategy or equivalent experience, in multinational landscape, analysing portfolio of titles across several geographies, platforms and business models. (Financial analysis experience is a big plus)

•Confirmed experience in Gaming industry with good understanding of Premium, F2P and GaaS business models.

•Ability to assess and model financial and profitability outcome from different deal models.

•Highly analytical with an extensive experience in data management and trend analysis.

•Demonstrate the ability to identify and articulate on market and business opportunities, make clear recap/recommendations from many data points and communicate simple message through rationale and business narrative.

•Appetite for defining success criteria of tools/technology, plus advanced Business software intelligence skills. Strong in visual reporting tools.

•An open and flexible mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

•Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to serve as working language.

•Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive and capable of managing work under tight timeline and across different time zones.
