At Blue Arrow we are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers on a temporary basis for our prestigious client in the Gateshead area.

Opportunities for ongoing work are available for the right candidates as we get closer to busier periods for specific clients.

Pay rates are as follows:

Dayshift - £13.00ph

Start times for this client are generally AM between 04:00 - 07:00AM.

Work includes local business to business deliveries as well as more distance runs.

Availability of work runs Monday - Friday for this client.

If you would like to stay out away from home this could be an option at this client.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a LGV Category C+E Driver you will:

* Complete pre departure vehicle checks
* Transport goods between planned sites and drops
* Complete paperwork and follow compliance
* Adhere to tachograph and working times rules

Qualifications

In order to process your application, you must have the following:

* HGV Class 1 entitlement
* CPC
* Digi tacho card

We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR on a licence.

Additionally we are looking for drivers with 12 months + experience to meet our clients expectations.
