JobScope

Comprehensivetesting of high complexity electromechanical products that formpart of a marine radar navigation productrange.


JobFunctions

Comprehensivetesting (including RF) faultfinding rework and assembly ofelectromechanical equipment to a high standard ofquality.

Work fromdetailed procedures drawings documents change notes schematics oraland writteninstructions.

Work and reworkto a high standard of accuracy consisting of operations such assoldering & unsoldering wiring & crimping drillingfiling & cutting detailed rework of printed circuitassemblies and application of mastic & adhesives using avariety of tools and equipment necessary to complete theoperations.

Check andinspect own work and work of others including proactivetroubleshooting and problemsolving.

Participate withthe creation of SOPs and test documentationetc.

Raise defectreports.

View print andenter data via the company business data managementsystem.

Have aconscientious proactive approach with attention todetail.

Create and workin a team environment while implementing continuous improvementsand ensuring the highestquality.

Keep facilitiesmaterial and work area orderly exercising care in their usemaintaining 5S standards and conforming to all ethics health safetycompliance and qualityrequirements.

Anyother tasks to support the operationsteam.


Requirements

Analyticalapproach to problem solving with strong numeracy and literacyskills.

Provenexperience of RF testing fault finding rework and assembly to ahigh standard ofquality.

Proven proactiveability with strong team skills and attention todetail.

PCliteracy and knowledge of Microsoft Word &Excel.

Experience ofworking in a cellular manufacturing environment would be anadvantage.

Radar knowledgewould be anadvantage.


ExperienceRequired

Atleast 2 years experience in an engineering or manufacturingenvironment.


EmployeeCompliance
