About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated Outpatient Coordinator to join our Administration team working within the outpatient department.

The Patient Administration Team provide front line customer service to patients attending the hospital for routine Outpatient Appointments ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, which endorses the patient centred approach of the team. Assisting in the clerical function of the Unit. Work proactively to ensure that Outpatient clinics run smoothly and report any daily running issues to the Administration / OPD Manager Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.
