We are writing a new and
exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation
project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a
substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort
including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra
bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

 Salary



The on-target earning
potential for this role is a £33,144.00 annual salary, comprising a base salary of
£32,000.00 supplemented by an estimated £1144 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a
rewarding compensation package.




Marketing



 



The marketing team at The Belfry supports all areas of the Resort,
creating a fast-paced and collaborative team and work environment. Winners of
Marketing Team of the Year 2021 and nominated for The Cateys in 2023, they are
passionate about representing the Belfry brand to all audiences.



 



About the Role



As part of the Marketing Team, the Content Marketing
Executive will generate and deliver engaging content for our social and digital
channels, with the objectives of brand awareness, audience engagement and
driving sales.  



Working closely with the wider team, the Content Marketing
Executive will use their creative skills to find new ways to communicate the
Belfry story to new and existing guests who choose to spend their time with us.



 



You will be responsible for:




  • Developing
    social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness,
    engagement and sales



  • Responsible
    for managing, creating and scheduling all content on social media channels
    including Insta, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
  • Manage
    the content calendar to ensure a regular presence across all channels is
    tied in with wider activity including email marketing, website updates and
    digital campaigns
  • Manage
    The Belfry’s photography and videography requirements to ensure the visual
    identity of the brand represents the Resort’s aspirations across social,
    website and emails
  • Liaising
    with other departments to create an engaging social media calendar that
    touches all areas of the Resort
  • Collaborating
    with design team when necessary to provide attractive and engaging
    campaigns
  • Working
    with the PR Team to create news stories and blog content
  • Monitoring,
    tracking and reporting on all relevant channels
  • Keeping
    up with trends and technologies
  • Identify
    relevant influencers on social media and ensure collaborations are manged
    with the PR team
  • Monitoring
    and responding to guest feedback, comments and social media posts
  • Collaborate
    with the Commercial Marketing team to support the overall business needs


 



About You



The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience of
planning and creating digital content for a range of audiences.  Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
Hotel, Resort & Hospitality industry preferred.



You will have:




  • Experience and
    understanding of social media marketing
  • Demonstrable experience of
    creating and editing video and photography
  • Be a good storyteller with
    a creative eye
  • Ability to interpret brand
    visual tone and style
  • Excellent project
    management, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple
    priorities and meet deadlines whilst producing high-quality work
  • Capacity for innovative
    and creative thinking
  • Experience with Indesign
    or other similar software to create engaging assets
  • Team player with the
    ability to work under own initiative
  • Highly motivated,
    pro-active and results driven
  • Excellent attention to
    detail
  • A quick learner
  • Organised and
    self-motivator with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Prepared to work weekends
    and evenings when required.
