The Role:Asa Solar PV Electrician/Manager you will play a critical role in ourteam leading the installation and management of solar PV systems.This position offers the unique opportunity to not only apply yourtechnical skills on the ground but also to step into managementshaping the future of our installations and teamdevelopment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadthe installation maintenance and troubleshooting of solar PVsystems across various sites ensuring the highest standards ofquality and safety.
• Oversee project timelinesbudget and resources coordinating effectively with clients andstakeholders to ensure project success.
• Mentorand manage a team of solar professionals fostering skilldevelopment and ensuring team cohesion andproductivity.
• Collaborate with the managementteam on strategic initiatives contributing to business growth andoperational excellence.
• Stay abreast ofindustry trends technologies and regulations implementing bestpractices in allprojects.

AboutYou:

• Proven experienceas a Solar PV Electrician with a solid understanding of electricalsystems and solar technology.
• Relevantqualifications in electrical engineering or a related field with anUnvented Ticket highly desirable.
• Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to inspire andlead a team.
• Excellent problemsolving abilitieswith a focus on quality and safety in allprojects.
• A passion for renewable energy and acommitment to promoting sustainablepractices.
