Introduction:
We are a disruptive ed tech company accelerating 8 years of Maths and English into 2 years and teaching essential life skills. Our mission is to revolutionise education through innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge technology, providing students with the skills they need to succeed in today's fast-paced AI world.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Maths/English Tutor to join our team. This role involves delivering accelerated learning programmes in Maths and English, leveraging AI technology to enhance the educational experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, experienced in remote teaching, and capable of engaging students in a virtual classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accelerated Maths and English lessons to groups of students remotely. - Utilise Explainer app software on iOS or similar Whiteboard technology to conduct interactive and engaging lessons.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of each student.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other tutors and educational professionals to continuously improve teaching strategies and methodologies.
- Using our Maths Mastery (12), English mastery (12) ebooks only and our adaptive learning AI platform for practicing and consolidating knowledge.

Essential:
- Experience of accelerated Maths & English teaching.
- Experience of remote group tutoring classes.
- Professional demeanour and approach.
- Enhanced DBS (Current).
- Tech savvy in managing remote lessons.
- Ability to use Explainer app software on iOS or similar Whiteboard technology.
- UK qualified teacher.
- Minimum internet speed of 512mb.

Desirable:
- Expert Maths teaching knowledge up to GCSE Foundation.
- Expert English teaching knowledge up to GCSE Foundation.
- Knowledge of tutoring the 11+ (bonus).
- Teaching non-verbal reasoning and verbal reasoning (bonus).

Benefits:
- Earn additional performance-based bonuses for each student, with potential bonuses for up to 20 students per class, on top of your standard salary.
- Annual bonus at end of course.
- Annual increments in contract pay.
- Strictly term-time tuition (no work during school holidays).
- After 2 years, no requirement to be based in the UK.

- All classes 90 minutes
- Salary specifics to be discussed at final interview stage
- Additional online testing may be required at final interview stage on our online platform.
