Engineering Lecturer

Protocol are working with a well established Further Education college and teaming up with them in search for a Full time Permanent Engineering lecturer working within the University Centre at the college. 

They are offering an exciting opportunity for an Engineering specialist with industry and classroom experience to design and develop our new Embedded Electronic Systems Design and Development Engineer Degree apprenticeship. The programme will empower aspiring engineers with the essential skills and knowledge required in the dynamic field of embedded systems.

The successful applicant will have:

• A Level 6 qualification in a related field

• 2 years’ teaching experience

• Knowledge and experience of embedded electronic systems and PLCs.

• Knowledge and experience of software:

o C/C++ or Python

o PLC software

o ECAD, KiCAD or Visio

o Multisim

o LabVIEW
